Gautam Mitra  BEE(JU), MSc (London), PhD (London), FBCS, FRSA, CMATH, FIMA 
Chairman and Managing Director

Professor Mitra is well known both for his academic and his entrepreneurial endeavors.  He was founder of UNICOM Seminars, recently sold to an Indian training company.  He is the founder director of OptiRisk Systems which he has set out to expand globally. 

Prof Mitra has over 40 years' of experience in Mathematical Programming Modelling, Operational Research, Computational Optimisation, Stochastic Programming and Risk Decisions in Finance. Prof Mitra is a Distinguished Professor at Brunel University where he holds a personal chair (now an emeritus professor) in Computational Optimisation and modelling. He has a PhD from London University and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has held academic positions at the Institute of Computer Science London University and subsequently at Brunel University, West London, where he was Head of Department of Mathematical Sciences and is now the Director of CARISMA - The Centre for the Analysis of Risk and Optimisation Modelling Applications. 
 

Amitabha Roychaudhuri B.E.E, F.I.E
Director 

Mr. Amitabha Roychaudhuri has a B.E.E from Jadavpur University; he is a Fellow of Institutions of Engineers (FIE) and has received recognition as one of India’s “Eminent Engineers”.  He was director of two major power sector organizations - Damodar Valley Corporation and WBSEB.  He was a special advisor to the Government of West Bengal, and a member of the Board of Studies of Jadavpur University.

Mr Roychaudhuri was part of the team that launched Unicom Seminars Pvt. Ltd. in India and is now Director of OptiRisk Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. dealing with Financial Risk Management and other educational training programmes.   

Sanat Kumar MukerjeeB.Sc (Hons), B.E.E (Hons), M.I.E, M.I.I.M 
Director

Mr Mukerjee graduated from Calcutta University with honors in Physics and  from Jadavpur University with honors in Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.  He has worked in Indian Steel industry for many years, mostly in a senior management capacity. Mr. Mukerjee was part of the team that launched Unicom Seminars Pvt. Ltd. in India and is now Director of OptiRisk Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. dealing with Financial Risk Management and other educational training programmes. 
 

Padmakumar. Bala,B.E. Ex-MBA (PGPEX IIM Calcutta)
CEO, Software and Services SBU 

Mr. Padmakumar has more than 20 years of experience in Product Development and Product Management in Telecom and Banking Industries. At Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), he spearheaded a joint venture product development with Motorola, Israel.  Mr. Padmakumar worked for Lucent Technologies in the US for 10 years and is a co-holder of a US patent. Before joining OptiRisk India, he worked for a subsidiary of Bank of New York, Mellon as a Vice-President, where he headed the Product development/management of Compliance Solutions.  Mr. Padmakumar has an Executive MBA (PGPEX) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a BE (Electronics and Communication) degree from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. 

Nitesh Naveen, B.E.(E&C), PGPEX (IIM Calcutta) 
CEO, ORI Learning Solutions SBU 

Mr. Nitesh Naveen joined OptiRisk India to grow its business in Learning Solutions. Nitesh is currently strengthening the company's presence in key markets across vertical industries in India and is responsible for the company's global sales operations, strategic partnerships and all customer-facing functions, including sales, implementation, consulting and managed services related to his Business Unit. In his role, Nitesh leads the company's efforts to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities and align its operations with key customer segments in global market place. 

Prior to OptiRisk India Learning Solution, Nitesh has worked at different positions in Banking, Retail and Consulting firms. He holds an Engineering Degree from VTU, Karnataka and has done his Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives (PGPEX) from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
