OptiRisk is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in delivering optimization based IT solutions to our customers. This position is a combination of a business development and a sales role.

As a Business Development Manager, you will

  • Develop in-depth understanding of optimization based IT solutions and understand the value they bring in solving business problems
  • Support the development of customized solutions through mature understanding of customer operations and pain points
  • Drive customer and partner satisfaction through timely communication and feedback
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and business development team to meet your goals and customer needs
  • Help reshaping and improving the products by providing business inputs and feedback to the marketing and product development process

Qualification:

Any Bachelor Degree ( MBA will be an added advantage ) with 3 to 5 years of working experience in Key Account Management & Selling IT solutions to enterprise customers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Professional Sales Management Experience: At least 2 years of proven sales management. This includes extensive direct contact with customers; drafting and implementing successful IT based solutions.
  • Consultative Solution Selling Experience: Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years selling technology solutions (not just products) to senior business and IT decision makers by reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities. Working knowledge of solution-selling strategies and tactics, and business value selling.
  • Customer Management and Prioritization Excellence: Demonstrated strategic time management and multitasking skills. Effectively manages sales pipeline with predictable business results that exceed revenue targets.
