Aircraft Maintenance Scheduler Software
Sun Airlines has two maintenance locations – Bangalore and Mumbai, each having one hanger equipped to do “C” check maintenance. Sun has 10 aircrafts. Following table has the list of aircrafts, their type, and their C check duration.

Following table has the C check maintenance due dates for all aircrafts. (Due date is the desired date to start “C” check maintenance)

Management would like to schedule the maintenance within +/- 2 days for narrow and wide body aircrafts and +/- 1 day for ATR aircrafts. Management would like to minimize the time between actual scheduled maintenance date and due date.
[1] – come up with maintenance schedule for next 60 days starting 01-June-2011.
[2] – come up with updated maintenance schedule for the next 60 days starting 2011, if the start of the maintenance of aircraft REG likely to be delayed by 2 days more due to unavailability of spares.

- Download the software and install it in windows machine.
- From windows menu, start "Aircraft Maintenance Scheduler" executable.
- Click "Select File" button and choose "ASP scenario venkat_SW.xls" as input file.
- Once the input is populated, click "Generate Schedule" button.
- System takes less than 1 min to display the results.
